Returns and complaints

Goods purchased at www.suishop.eu can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt. Purchased goods that will be returned or exchanged - can not carry traces of use, must have all tags, must be returned together with all the items with which they were sent (receipts, freebies, etc.). 

I. Returns

1. To make a return, please complete the return form.
2. The completed form together with the proof of purchase and the goods must be sent at your own expense to: ul. Skoroszewska 22A / 62 02-495 Warsaw
3. Refunds will be made with 14 business days of receipt of a complete delivery with no traces of use.
4. The refund will be made by bank transfer to the account indicated by the Customer on the return form.
5. The shop is not responsible for the loss or damage of the shipment by the courier or the Polish Post 

II. Exchange
1. To return the goods, please fill in the exchange forms in which the item to be exchanged will be indicated.
2. Completed form should be sent to: zamówienie@suishop.eu - to confirm the availability of the requested goods.
3. After receiving the information about the availability of the goods, please fill the form together with the proof of purchase goods send at your own expense to: Ul.Skoroszewska 22A / 62 02-495 Warsaw
4. If the replaced product is more expensive than the new one, please transfer the difference of money to our account. In the title of the transfer should be entered "Supplement to exchange of goods Order No.: ............ ..". Shipping is made after we receive the transfer.
5. The shop does not accept COD - Cash on Delivery
6. The shop is not responsible for the loss or damage of the shipment by the courier or the Polish Post.
  III. Complaints

In case of any physical defects of the purchased goods or the incompatibility of the goods with the ordered goods, the customer has the right to lodge a complaint. In that case, please return the goods at your own cost to: Ul.Skoroszewska 22A / 62, 02-495 Warsaw. To return the goods, please include the proof of purchase and the fill goods complaint form.
1. Shop does not accept COD - Cash on Delivery
2. Complaints are considered within 14 days of receipt by the store of consignments with the advertised goods.
3. Shop is not responsible for the loss or damage of the shipment by the courier or the Polish Post.
4. In the recognition of the complaint, damaged goods will be repaired or exchanged for another of the full value within the next 14 days, and if this is not possible (e.g. being out-of-stock) the store will return the equivalent of the cost or offer other available goods to choose from.
